Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, I help fulfill CHCACT’s mission by advancing the relationship between technology and quality. I also focus my time on the objectives of the Triple Aim: improving the patient experience, improving health outcomes, and reducing costs to the healthcare system.
Prior to CHCACT, I served as Chief of Strategic Development at Cornell Scott-Hill Health Center in New Haven for six years. In that capacity I had executive oversight for 11 operational care sites including 5 school-based health centers, and the Healthcare for the Homeless department, the Infectious Disease department, the Wellness, Education & Outreach department, a women’s empowerment program called Village of Power, the Grants & Development department, the call canter, and the Marketing and Communications department.
I am pleased to bring my experience within a community healthcare setting to the Association and share my learning with my peers and others throughout the community healthcare system.
Previous to community healthcare I spent the better part of my career in leadership roles at both Aetna and United Technologies.
I am a Connecticut native and my wife and I live in Newington with our two and a half cats.
